Black iron lock that is square except for the right side, which has sharp corners that swoop downward and meet in the middle before extending out to form a design that is made up of motifs that are shaped similarly to fleurs-de-lis. The bottom center area of the lock has a keyhole and four designs extend out from the keyhole, and all four designs feature a line that ends at a motif similarly shaped to a fleur-de-lis with bubble shaped detailing. The left side of the lock has two distinct vertical rows of decoration. The one closest to the inside of the lock has an alternating pattern of three sided motifs that look similar to triquetras and the other motif looks almost identical except that it has four sides. The other row is plain except for one screw at the top and one screw at the bottom. Two metal pieces stick out of the row's center outer edge area. One is short and rectangular and the other is also rectangular, but it curves inward against one side before extending back out.
