This paper Spanish folding fan depicts a chromolithograph bullfight scene and has enameled wood ribs. Light-skinned men on horseback are on each side dressed in black outfits and wearing plumed hats. A white horse on the left and a brown on the right. Toreadors on horseback follow them into the arena. A large stadium audience can be seen in the background. The ribs of this fan are painted white and delicately decorated with gold and blue dots and cross-hatching towards the paper fan. Attached to the ribs is a pink tassel. The two end ribs of the fan are painted red with the same pattern as the other ribs. The reverse side is a lilac color.
