This postcard is perforated in two spots, and threaded through is a bright red ribbon tied in a bow. The scene on the card is set on a gold background with an ornate gold border on both sides. At the top center is the figure of Christ placing a crown on Mary’s head, crowning her the Queen of Heaven. Both figures are adorned in blue robes. Large groups of angels cascade down on each side as they view the Coronation. On the reserve side, handwritten in ink is the message, “With kind wishes to you/and Mr. Gardner ever/ yours affectionately/Ch. M. Loeffler/Christmas 1920.” The address lines are blank.
