This black and white platinum print photograph is surrounded by a gray frame. It shows a fair-skinned man seated indoors at a tilted desktop and facing our left toward a row of paned windows, which is the source of light. He holds a writing implement in his right hand as he writes on a large piece of paper. He rests his left forearm on the desk. He is bald, has a straight nose, and a gray beard and mustache. He has on a medium-colored suit jacket with a white collared shirt. This print is inscribed at bottom right of the gray frame.
