This image done in watercolor and graphite on woven paper depicts a design for the exterior of Fenway Court. The building has a light tan exterior and a red roof. There are four floors: the ground floor has small rectangular windows, the second and third floors have large vertical rectangular windows and the top floor has medium sized windows. The side to our left has two entrances with green doors. There is green grass and trees to our left. The longer side of the building to our right has a window configuration similar to the short façade. This side has two entrances; one a door and the other an iron gate. There are three windows with balconies on the top floor. Patches of greenery are visible on both sides of this building. The sky is cloudy white with bits of blue visible.
