This small, circular bronze medal was made in Britain. On the obverse, in the center of the medal, is the bust in profile of Alexandra, Princess of Wales. She is facing our left and has upswept hair and a long neck. She is wearing a necklace wound twice around her neck and hanging over the low neckline of her dress, which has ruffled short sleeves. The inscription around the circumference of the medal reads: ALEXANDRA WALLIAE PRINCIPISSA. The medal is embedded in a square wooden frame with a circular hook on the top.
