This small, molded silver, double handled, shallow cup holds a sip or two of wine for tasting. It is symmetrically shaped with a pair of spade-like handles protruding from each side of a rounded bowl with four oval depressions. The bowl has a circle in a square central motif. There is a blossom like design in the central circle surrounded by radiating diagonal lines. The square around this circular flower head is softened by curving sides that form the outline of the quatrefoil, egg shape bowl.
