Depicted on this marble panel is a coat of arms inside a circular band bearing an inscription. From the bottom of the circle towards its center we see a shield shaped like an ornamental scroll. A floral motif is repeated around its irregularly shaped border, while the field inside the border is vertically divided in two. The half of the shield to our left depicts about half of an image of an eagle, while the one to our right shows the right half of a thick, upside down V symbol. The eagle is displayed, with its body vertical and seen from the front, its tail hanging down, its right leg and right wing projecting outward. The bird’s entire head is visible, seen from the profile, oriented to our left, and wearing a crown. The upside down V half is completely undecorated.  Above the shield there is a stylized helmet depicted from profile and looking to our left. Long curling leaves, stemming from the top of the helmet, are surrounding the shield. At the top of the circle, connected to the helmet by a thin tube, there is a short cylindrical container with swirling flame-like shapes. On the circular band at the top there is an inscription in upper case Roman lettering which alludes to a passage in classical literature. The rectangular base is inscribed and dated with the same lettering type.
