Under 30 Member Event: Express Yourself at the Gardner

Join us and fellow Under 30 members for an evening of socializing and getting to know your Museum. 

Mingle with fellow members as you express yourself through art making inspired by our current exhibitions: On Christopher Street: Transgender Portraits by Mark Seliger; Portraits From Boston, With Love; and Hakeem Adewumi: Possession of A Recalcitrant Dream, 2024. Enjoy gallery talks about the collection and special exhibitions, and a self-guided activity to explore the Museum with your art-loving friends. 

The Museum, including Café G and Gift at the Gardner, will be open for regular evening hours, and members can take advantage of their 10% discount.  
 

Tickets

Free for Under 30 members. Two tickets per membership—invite a friend! Space is limited and advanced registration is required. All in-person programs are subject to change.

On Christopher Street: Transgender Portraits by Mark Seliger was organized by the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art. 

Support for the exhibition at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, as well as for Portraits from Boston, With Love and Hakeem Adewumi: Possession of a Recalcitrant Dream, 2024 is provided by the Barr Foundation, the Ford Foundation, the Barbara Lee Program Fund and the Henry Luce Foundation. 

The Artist-in-Residence program is directed by Pieranna Cavalchini, Tom and Lisa Blumenthal Curator of Contemporary Art. Funding is also provided for site-specific installations of new work on the Anne H. Fitzpatrick Façade on Evans Way.  

The Museum receives operating support from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, which is supported by the state of Massachusetts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
