Advance tickets for timed entry are required for general admission. Tickets can sell out fast, and tickets may not be available at the door, particularly during popular days of the week and times of day.

Admission is always free for members, and members are strongly encouraged to make advance registrations. Tickets may not be available at the door, particularly during popular days of the week and times of day. To ensure your spot, please reserve tickets in advance of your visit.
Members have access to advanced tickets up to six weeks in advance. Please log to access your member ticket benefits before making your selections. Complimentary single-use guest passes cannot be redeemed online, please contact the Box Office at 617 278 5156 or boxoffice@isgm.org at least 48 hours prior to your visit.

The University Membership Program at the Gardner Museum provides colleges and universities the opportunity to offer students and faculty complimentary Museum admission. Advance tickets are required for timed entry. The Museum Pass Program at the Gardner Museum provides libraries the opportunity to offer their patrons discounted Museum admission. Library patrons must reserve and receive passes from their library and purchase Museum admission timed-entry tickets in advance using the unique promo code given with each pass.
