The Madonna sits in the center of this painted circular relief sculpture. She is wearing a blue robe over a red dress and looks down at the infant Jesus who she is holding in her right arm. The infant has his right arm raised high and is wearing a string of red beads on his right wrist. He wears similar red beads around his neck. Both the Madonna and the infant are surrounded by the heads of angels at the outer rim of the relief. The wooden frame is carved with leaf designs.
