Heart-Shaped Locket of Hair, late 19th century - early 20th century
Cut stones set in silver; human hair, 2.5 x 2.4 cm (1 x 15/16 in.)
This is a silver heart-shaped pendant, with a white center bezel. Surrounding this bezel there are small diamonds embedded into the entire pendant, as well as the silver loop that is attached. There are also larger different color stones placed all around, starting from the top going clockwise the colors go as follows: sky blue, opaque white, black, burgundy, emerald, periwinkle, clear stone, and fuchsia.
