This mezzotint engraving depicts a nude nymph with blonde hair and light skin embracing a grey-brown figure of the Greek god Pan. This is set in a wooded background, with green leafy trees and trailing vines. A winged Cupid peeks out from behind the statue, and to the left of the figures, a golden brazier emits smoke.
