Rectangular panel with embroidered bluish green, pink, and yellow silk yarns on pinkish tan silk ground. The panel is edged on all sides with a repeating embroidered pattern of a pair of spiraling ribbons tied around the stems of oak sprigs. The center of the panel features an embroidered trophy of olive and oak branches, banners on staffs, bugles, and fork-ended bars suggesting rays of light arranged in an arc.
