Miniature Garden, late 19th century

This is a short-footed, light blue ceramic container with a floral design that holds a miniature garden made of metal stems and delicate stone flowers. There are two white coy-like fish with tiny black eyes, a purple water fowl with its head tucked backwards folded into its body on the flat surface below the flowers. There are also various geometric shaped miniature boulders in navy blue and green. Emerging from the center of the container are bending, metal leafy branches topped with many tall flowers with open petals facing in different directions.
