This silk damask upholstery fabric fragment is Italian dating from 1675 to 1750 and is approximately 22 inches by 20.5 inches. The design is completed in light green against a much darker green background. At the center is a large flower with a bulbous piece of fruit on each side that is surrounded by leaves.
