This pen-and-wash drawing depicts a muscular figure seen from below reclining on a sloping surface. The figure’s face, with deep set eyes, peer over the right shoulder and arm which have been crossed over the muscle-rippled torso viewed from below. The figure’s left leg is crossed over the thigh of the right leg, the left knee sharply pointed upward, the lower leg falling straight downward, and the toes of that foot drawn front-on. A drape covers the genitals and thigh of the right leg which makes a right angle at the knee with the foot resting on a lower surface.
