2020 Gardner Gala

Escape the Ordinary...from Home

Although we’re unable to gather in person this year, we invite you to enjoy a virtual Gardner Gala experience from home. Scroll down to hear from our director, artists, community partners, Abrams Curator of Music George Steel, and Trustee Kate Chertavian who shares opportunities for extraordinary experiences and ways to give. We look forward to seeing you at the Museum when we’re able to reopen. In the meantime, please save the date for the 2021 Gardner Gala on May 1.

While the Gardner is closed for the time being, the staff is still hard at work preserving and maintaining the collection, caring for our plants and flowers, and planning new programs to engage the public when we are able to reopen. We are also continuing to provide our audiences with inspiration and solace through our vast digital archives of concerts, lectures, audio tours, and more. Your support will help us make all of this critical work—both onsite and online—possible, so that we can continue to bring the arts to our community when it is needed most.
