Hippeastrum spp.
Crimson, velvet amaryllis emerge from arrangements of evergreen nests during the Museum’s ‘A Holiday Garden’ Courtyard display. Grown from fleshy bulbs, the trumpet-shaped blooms are among the largest flowers in the Gardner’s living collection.
