This floor plan includes one large rectangular room which encompasses the entire left side of the plan and has a fireplace on the inside wall and window on each of the three outside walls. Two smaller square shaped rooms are adjacent on the right. The room on the far right corner has counters and appears to be a kitchen. The room in the middle has a corner fireplace that connects to the one in the larger room. Behind the kitchen, divided by a staircase, is a bedroom and bath. The middle room in the back appears to be an entrance and a hallway also with a staircase. A long rectangular porch extends along the outside of this middle room.
