This ancient Egyptian plaque is the approximate size of a thumbnail. It is made of stone. It is oval in shape and flat on both the upper and lower surfaces. It is a pale brown sand-like color with irregular pits and discolorations. It is deeply incised on both surfaces. There is hieroglyphic writing on both sides. There is a thin ropelike decorative border on each side.
