This is a silver, quill-shaped pen. It consists of a feather made entirely of silver onto which a hollow silver rod is embossed. Vertically centered over the rod is a is an emblem or seal with a small crown above a four-sided shape that contains a standing bird. The tip the rod has a pointy shape for writing.
