This is a bronze coin set in a circular band of yellow gold. Made in Rhodes, Greece around 300 BCE - 200 BCE, the coin is engraved on both sides, however the images are difficult to discern due to the poor condition of the coin's surface. The coin is attached at the mid-point on both sides to a gold ring in the shape of a horseshoe. Small gold fasteners affix the ring to the coin and allow it to spin.
