This folding fan is made of ivory colored paper with a narrow gold border and bamboo ribs. Sprinkled on the front of the fan, from the center to our right, are gold and silver flakes. Two small faded yellowish stains are visible in the center of the flakes. The brown bamboo ribs are attached with a small metal rivet. On the back side of the fan, the sprinkling of gold and silver flakes is visible to our left of the center. There is no gold border on this side.
