Painted and glazed porcelain, 23.5 cm (9 1/4 in.)
This is a figurine of a bluejay made of painted blue porcelain. The bluejay has a light brown beak with a black accented tip. It has circular yellow eyes with a smaller black pupil. The front of the face is painted in white. The tips on its wings are hand painted black and it's back is brown. It is standing on a tree branch that is brown with some parts painted in yellows and greens. The piece is shiny from a coat of glaze.
