A small, circular, Greek coin made of silver. Depicted on one side is the head of a horrifying ancient mythical creature, the Gorgon. The creature is facing forward with fangs, bulging eyes, protruding ears and tongue. The opposite side has four jaggedly stamped recessed rectangular shapes.
