This small vertical etching is a portrait of Princess Ingeborg of Denmark. She is depicted as a standing woman shown from about the knees up, taking up most of the foreground. Her body is facing slightly to our right, but her head is not turned, and her eyes meet ours. Her skin is light, and her hair is pulled upward and topped with a small triangular headpiece. Ingeborg is wearing a long cloak with a collar that rises well above her neck, which is encircled by a necklace. Beyond Ingeborg, to our left, is an open passageway into an area toward the rear. The etching is signed at the bottom right: Zorn.
