This lithograph depicts people seated around an outdoor statue. The statue of a female figure wearing a long dress who stands on a pedestal is loosely sketched. In the left foreground are two seated female figures with their backs toward us. They both wear long dresses and hats. The person to our left appears light skinned and looks to her right, as if in conversation with the other woman. There are other figures indistinctly drawn to our left and right, and hints of trees in the background. The background of the entire print is light tan.
