Fragments of a light tan linen tabby Turkish towel are embroidered with polychrome silk and gilt yarns. Each end is decorated with three similar motifs of embroidered pastel pink and white carnations, light blue hyacinths and small green leaves. Rows of tan and white delicate hearts are embroidered below these motifs and a simple fringe of tan thread adorns each short edge.
