Rectangular, carved wooden box with a sliding cover. On the cover are four raised rows of carved Chinese characters. Above and below the Chinese characters is a geometric motif. The long sides of the box are decorated with a carved vine and flower motif. The shorter end has a curved border that encircles carved vines and an unknown figure.
