Ink and color on silk, 42.2 x 27.2 cm (16 5/8 x 10 11/16 in.)
Round Chinese fan that has delicate dark grey leaves painted on the light golden silk in the center. The leaves rise out of the center bottom. The opposite side of the fan has small Chinese lettering across the entire fan, and part of the text is missing. The handle and rim are dark metal. A yellow braided rope hangs from a hole in the handle, with a fancy knot tied half way through the rope.
