This bust comprises the head, shoulders, and chest of a medium-build man with close cropped curly hair and a short curly beard and mustache. His head is tilted slightly toward his left shoulder as he looks at the viewer. He has large open eyes, full lips and a crooked convex nose. The marble is mostly yellow with patches of gray marbling and dirt. The bust is sitting on a squat rectangular piece of dark wood.
