The front of this enameled copper plate is quite colorful. The outside rim is a band of deep blue with flecks of gold. Next, is a repeating pattern in teal and gold. Inside that is a repeating pattern of white swirls with gold detail and a blue accent. The next three bands include a thin white band with gold dots, another band of teal, and a repeating pattern of indented blue swirls with gold trim. In the center is a white circle with a small red bullseye. The back side of the plate is the deep blue with gold accents.
