This pair of Italian wall sconces is made of dark, wrought iron with gilding. Each sconce is composed of four slender, u-shaped branches that turn upward and are decorated with flowers and leaves. The tip of each arm is a candleholder in the shape of a tulip top. The sconces are now electrified, with tall off-white cylinders seated in the holders and flame-shaped lights on top. The candle-like lights do not sit completely straight in the holders, especially in one of the two sconces that appears bent.
