This horizontal watercolor on paper painting features a landscape in Spain. There is a figure about halfway down an orange and purple lane that extends on our left side of the painting. The figure wears a large-brimmed hat, a tan shirt, blue pants, and carries a tan sack over their right shoulder. There is a light tan fence along our right side of the lane. One of the trees has green, dark blue, and gold colored foliage. Another taller tree to our left has light green and yellow foliage. There are white clouds in a light blue sky. The painting is signed in red ink by Dodge Macknight in the lower right corner.
