Holiday spirit or Boston sitcom? Either way we have the perfect cocktail of heart-warming activities during this holiday season. Set an intention for 2020, craft your own gingerbread house, and send hand-made cards to family and friends.

Programming for the Evening

Holiday Laughter with Corey Manning | Living Room | 6:45 & 7:30 PM
When Corey Manning descends upon the stage…it’s on! If there is no energy in the room, he brings it. If there IS energy in the room, Corey absorbs it, electrifies it, and then takes it to another level.

Fresh off of his performance in Tracy Morgan’s return to comedy on the Picking Up The Pieces tour, Corey was a featured comedian on season one of Nick Jr.’s NickMom Night Out Comedy Showcase, appeared on NBC’s Family Feud with Steve Harvey, and has a comedic résumé that includes performances in Jamie Foxx’s LAFFAPALOOZA’s New Faces In Comedy. Corey is known for his “slick, upbeat, funny, over-the-top comedy."

A Holiday Twist with Justin Petty Steel Drums | Courtyard | 5:30–8:45 PM
Get into the spirit with an island-style twist on traditional holiday classic songs. From the US Virgin Island of St. Thomas, ease your mind and warm up your body with rhythmic sounds of steel pan music.

Gingerbread and Holiday Cookie-Making with Hana Quon | Bertucci Education Studio | 5:30–8:45 PM
Join Neighborhood Salon Luminary and Café Madeleine's pastry chef Hana Quon in making your own festive holiday treat. The L'Academie de Cuisine and École Bellouet Conseil Paris graduate studied and worked under pâtisserie masters Jean Michel Perruchon, MOF and Sebastian Bouillet; and since 2013, has partnered with Chef Frederic Robert to open and operate Café Madeleine, a fine French patisserie in Boston’s historic South End.

As a Neighborhood Salon Luminary, Hana led Food for Thought, a wide-ranging gallery talk about art, food, and temptation, using the 16th-century painting Adam and Eve by Lucas Cranach the Elder.
