Third Thursdays

Salon Style

Thursday, January 18, 2018
5:30 - 9 pm
Throughout the Museum

Inspired by Isabella's creative social circles—her “salon”—we hand the reins over to the Neighborhood Salon, a group of Boston-based creative luminaries who help inform our work at the Gardner Museum and carry on the legacy of Isabella's salons. In January, the luminaries take over Third Thursdays - with dance, spoken word, fashion, music, and hands-on art-making. Enjoy a fresh perspective on the galleries and the exhibition Henry James and American Painting.

Programming for the Evening

Soak up the enchanting atmosphere of the Museum at night. This lively, social evening features music, creative collaborators, a cash bar, playful gallery activities, and hands-on art making. Hungry? Café G will be open for snacks, dinner, and drinks.
