Cheryl Barton is the founding principal and creative director of O|CB Studio in San Francisco. A recognized design leader in the shift toward resilient futures, Barton is known for award-winning projects that establish healthy cities, connected communities, robust ecologies, and inspired human spaces. Barton is a fellow of the American Academy in Rome, and a fellow and past president of the American Society of Landscape Architects. She is a Design Review Board Member of California's Bay Conservation and Development Commission, and was featured in the 2011 award-winning documentary Women in the Dirt: Landscape Architects Shaping California.
