Ryan Dias-Toppin is the founder and curatorial and production manager at the Inner City Sanctuary for the Arts. Dias-Toppin is a producer, vocalist, performance artist, and multi-disciplinary visual artist. At Wesleyan University, she double-majored in Music and Sociology with a concentration in jazz theory and experimental music, and music and cultural spaces.

Dias-Toppin has worked for esteemed institutions like the Issue Project Room (Brooklyn, NYC); Spike Hill (Williamsburg, NYC), e National Underground (LES, NYC), FreeCandy (Bedstuy, NYC), and the MOMA's PS1 Center for Contemporary Art. She has also produced underground events and festivals in Boston and New York City.
