This charcoal and graphite sketch is done on light tan paper. It depicts two seated male musicians. To our left is a seated male, dressed in dark clothes and hat, and playing a guitar. Next to him, to our right, is another seated male, also dressed in dark clothes with a light-colored shirt. His hands rest on his thighs with his bent elbows turned outward, and his head is tilted upward as if he is singing. The shadows of both figures are loosely sketched behind them.
