Indian cylindrical oval box with a round, hinged lid. The box is made of punched and hammered silver that has oxidized into a brown-gold. The box and lid are decorated with cross-hatches that have an open center. At the top of the box, there is a circular handle. Below the joint of the handle and the lid, there is a diamond shaped smooth area. Where the box meets the lid, there is a strip consisting of triangle shapes with vertical lines. The front of the box features an arch at the center. Within the arch, there is a four-leaf shape pattern with engraved lines on each leaf. On the left and right sides of the body, there are two symmetric circle patterns. The two circle patterns are made of three concentric circles. Both the top and the bottom of the box body have a triangle pattern with alternating vertical lines.
