Visit before the Museum opens or in the evening hours for a closer look at works within the collection and uncover their dynamic interpretations.
Drawn to the many ways Henry James closed his letters to Isabella Stewart Gardner, Artist-in-Residence Elaine Reichek captures the depth and feeling of their friendship in her temporary site-specific work, Ever Yours, Henry James, on the Museum’s facade. Join Reichek for a morning tour as she describes her creative response to letters from James to Gardner and how her work connects to the historic collection and Gardner’s own non hierarchical non linear methods for displaying her collection.
Open to all members, $10 per person (maximum of two tickets for Friend level and above). Advance registration is required. Not a member and want to attend? Join now!
