Sunday Concert Series

When the Sunday Concert Series returns on January 22, visitors will have an opportunity to hear classical chamber music performed by past Gardner favorites, including the self-conducted resident chamber orchestra A Far Cry, in addition to emerging musical talents. The Claremont Trio will open the series with the world premiere of one of three new works that were exclusively commissioned for the new hall. Also of note is the beginning of a partnership with the New York Festival of Song that will premiere on Valentine’s Day weekend. The Sunday Concert Series will also feature Musicians from Marlboro, the touring arm of the Marlboro Music Festival, a distinctive group in which well-known musicians and emerging artists perform side by side.
