Go on a transformational journey of heart-opening movement, deep stretches, singing, meditation, relaxation, and reflection with Afro Flow Yoga®. Afro Flow Yoga is a fusion of African Dance, yoga, and live music.
No experience necessary; all levels are welcome.

Tickets are required and include Museum admission.
Adults $20, seniors $15, students and members $10.
