Her hair is pulled tightly back parted in the center with a thick braid upon her head forming a large bun circling the crown of her head. She is turned and glancing towards the viewers right. Her light eyes stare off and appear to be deep in thought. Her full face with a slight double chin has a fair complexion, her nose is straight and her lips are closed. Her clothing is dark and shiny, possibly made of silk. Two rows of pleats, a tight accordion pleat and other looser fluted box pleat drapes over the shoulders down to the waist.
