This is a black painted iron bracket with a minor amount of corrosion. On one end, the iron is formed into a small tight curl with a pointed spike placed perpendicular to the length of the bracket. On the other end, the iron forms a larger, open curl with a short spike pointing out from the end. In the center area, flat pieces of iron which have been shaped into curlicues are juxtaposed.
