Rectangular furnishing fabric of red velvet with a yellow velvet floral decoration across the entire panel. The pattern is read horizontally, and features a repeating decoration of a crown with tassels surrounded by large flowers. In the center is a large flower with vines flowing from it, connecting the flower to the rest of the decorations on the panel. Along the upper and lower edges of the fabric are narrow floral borders of red and yellow velvet.
