Member Thematic Tour

This exploration of the Gardner collection examines a variety of works exemplifying pivotal personal or historic moments, and invites participants to imagine the consequences of "the road not taken." These momentous moments will include Isabella Stewart Gardner’s collection decisions that inform the look of the Museum as we know it; portrayals of decisions that may have altered political, religious or social history; and more personal, but no less consequential, decisions for a known or unknown person. 

Open to all members, $10 per person (maximum of two tickets for Friend level and above). Advance registration is required. Thematic Tours are limited to 15 people.
