Shen Wei

Guided Art Meditation

Thursday, April 15, 2021
6:30 - 7:30 pm
This is a virtual program

Shen Wei’s larger-than-life paintings encourage viewers to explore his work as a method for refuge, reflection, and relaxation. Focusing on one artwork from each of Shen Wei’s different painting series in our exhibition Shen Wei: Painting in Motion, we invite viewers to join the Wayfinder Institute’s India Clark as she guides us through mindful looking techniques for a unique, relaxing, and refreshing virtual meditation experience.

Interested in other meditation experiences at the Gardner? Check out our pre-recorded Courtyard Meditation and Shen Wei Meditation.
