Delivery Policy
You will receive a membership packet within 30 days of placing your order, which includes:
-your membership card(s)
-your tax receipt

Refund Policy
If you change your mind about your membership within 90 days of the receipt of your membership packet, please contact our membership department for a full refund.

In order to process your refund request you must return your membership card(s). Your refund will not be issued until we receive your membership card(s).
